SALES ASSOCIATE

We are seeking a customer service superstar! Someone with a warm personality, a drive for success and a creative spirit. Join our team on the sales floor of our gorgeous life-sized jewellery box on Ossington Avenue to help deliver all that sparkly Anice magic. Be the first point of contact for our beloved clients, romance them on Anice, who we are and all the many products and services we offer. Inspire people to shop with us, create with us and assist with project intake. Nurture our shop interior, keeping things looking stocked and beautiful and help drive our success through daily sales. (P.S. Social media savvy is an asset!) Role and Responsibilities:

  • Create a dreamy, happy, shoppable vibe in the store everyday.
  • Greet and assist customers, create and maintain an exceptional customer experience. Customer Service is our superpower!
  • Keyholder responsible for the opening and closing procedures of the store, ensuring that the store is fully stocked, cleaned, and merchandised throughout the day, keeping the team updated with nightly correspondence ( emailed updates to management on any clients to be aware of, sales, and important store needs).
  • Hub of Anice product knowledge.
  • Responsible for checking in with sales totals throughout the day, optimizing sales to reach daily goals.
  • Perform various product placement, and inventory replenishment tasks to maintain a visually appealing, easy shopping experience for our customers. Keeping track of inventory and reporting findings to management.
  • POS - input all sales into Shopify correctly. Building our client database by adding clients to our system at purchase.
  • Social platforms - Responsible for checking voicemail, video ask, instagram and responding to any inquiries in a timely manner. Posting on IG when requested. 
  • Assist in order processing; photographing, packaging, and shipping of client work and online orders requested by management.
  • Hold an enthusiastic, friendly and outgoing persona
  • Strong communication, organization and multitasking abilities
  • A genuine passion for customer service and jewellery
Jewellery experience is not required! Just a passion for self-expression, a positive attitude, a motivation to sell, eagerness to learn, and a universal love for all people.

This is a full time hourly position including weekends, 5 days a week, generally scheduled from 11am to 7pm.

 

IN-PERSON WORKSHOP INSTRUCTOR
Location: Toronto AND / OR Prince Edward County

Our private in-person jewellery-making workshops are BACK and we are looking for that special creative someone to help make jewellery magic with our beloved clients. Our ideal candidate is warm, welcoming, personable, enjoys teaching others, has keen attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while hosting our groups and giving them the best experience possible.

Jewellery-making experience is an asset, but not mandatory! We are happy to train you on everything you need to know (a great opportunity if you’ve always wanted to learn how to make your own jewellery!)

This is a freelance hourly position based on our workshop bookings, which are ramping up in a big way. We will be hosting workshops both in Toronto and in Prince Edward County all summer long!

(P.S. All staff members and participants require full vaccination and we follow as many safety protocols as possible.)
