We are committed to equity and justice, including for individuals with disabilities and strive towards accessibility for both our physical and online presence.
We are continually improving our website to ensure it meets the needs of all our clients. If, however, there is difficulty in accessing information on our website for accessibility challenges, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
We frequently host virtual workshops through the online platform of Zoom. To increase the accessibility of these events, we are happy to provide the services of an ALS/English Interpreter through the Toronto Sign Language Interpreter Service. Please feel free to contact our team if you require these services and we will gladly arrange them for you.
Unfortunately our brick and mortar store is not physically accessible. We are located in a small house on lower Ossington Avenue. Our store has a small front patio area, accessible by 5 stairs measuring approximately 7 inches in rise each with a depth of 12 inches. The front door itself has a lift of approximately 9 inches.
Our interior space is small and cozy. Our retail floor is now limited to the front portion of our store, measuring approximately square feet. The layout of our front showroom often changes as we are constantly reimagining our space; however, there is always at least 1 meter for client mobility.
Our retail space is equipped with a small customer bathroom, however, due to the COVID-19 and health and safety regulations, this washroom is not currently available to the public.
