Canada Post Strike

To ensure seamless delivery, we've temporarily switched to using Fedex as our primary carrier until the Canada Post strike has ended. Once the strike is over, we'll resume using Canada Post.

Orders placed online are typically fulfilled within one week. This does not include our made to order collections or custom items.

Many of our items are handmade to order and may require a longer production time. Please contact us if you are on a tight timeline and we will do our best to get your order to you on time!

Please note estimated shipping times are not guaranteed. If you are within the GTA we recommend in-store pickup.

IMPORTANT: shipping fees are non-refundable. Please ensure this is your preferred option when ordering online. If you change your mind and decide to pickup in the shop, we cannot return the costs of shipping.
