Our online virtual shopping system is in full swing and we are available for you on the SPOT or at the time most convenient for you, from the comfort of your own home.

This service allows us to work together via video call! Perfect for:

• custom designing a piece together
• any last-minute gift needs
• fine jewellery consults for wedding bands
• consults for giving love to your old treasures
• a personal shopping experience
• OR to talk about literally any and all of your jewel dreams.

Heck, we like you so much we could also just have a coffee and hang out too if you want!

Jewel Porch & Curb-side Pickup

12-6pm 7 days a week
By appointment!

The Jewel Porch is open, one person or household at a time, for contactless consults, outdoor shopping (weather permitting) and drop-off / pickup with our safe contactless bin. Our jewel squad will greet you safely at the front door!

Book your time slot via our online booking system or via email/call ahead of time. If you are in the neighbourhood last minute, just give us a buzz and we will coordinate with you!

If you are doing curb-side and can't find parking, or don't want to get out of your car, let us know and we will (sanitized and safely) bring your item to your car so you don't have to stop for long.

Same Day Delivery and Shipping

We offer same day delivery within one-day driving distance from our shop at 102 Ossington, Toronto, Ontario. Delivery fees are case-by-case based on your location and the day of the week. We can go over all of this and more when you order!
*Same-day delivery is available for select ready-made pieces. If you have any questions, give us a call!

If you choose our shipping option, it is our goal to ship your items as close to your order date as possible and offer express post with tracking. If you need something rushed or have a specific timeline, be sure to get in touch and we will do our best to make it happen in the most efficient and cost effective way for you!

Jewel From Home Workshops 

The perfect creative therapy escape for times like these! We offer both public and private sessions via Zoom and provide all the tools and jewels you could possibly need. Learn a new skill, hang with your buds virtually, and make some magic with us.
